OUR TEAM. OUR STORY.
At Amiigo.ai, we are a passionate team of curious, and empathetic individuals who understand the challenges faced by data-driven organizations. Our journey began after years of searching for a solution to a problem that seemed unsolvable. Tamir and Gil, Amiigo founders, shared a deep frustration stemming from their experiences with various business applications across different roles and departments. It was a shared pain that connected them and ignited their determination to find a better way.

Tamir, Amiigo CEO, was responsible for business developement and revenue operations, leading him to interact with hundreds of business stakeholders, ranging from the most junior SDRs to company CEOs, from Marketing to CS departments, and from front-facing customers to the back office support teams. Throughout his journey, he witnessed the mounting frustration caused by the use of disparate business applications.

Gil, Amiigo CPO, experienced similar frustrations as a business applications leader, trying to find a solution with the different applications out there with no success. Together, Tamir and Gil realized they were not alone in their struggle. They understood that countless professionals shared their pain, and they were determined to create a solution that would alleviate this widespread frustration.

Inspired by their shared experiences and fueled by their passion for change, Tamir and Gil embarked on an extraordinary adventure. They set sail on a 87' 36-foot sailing yacht, immersing themselves in an environment that encouraged reflection, innovation, and boundless thinking. Surrounded by the vastness of the sea, they contemplated the challenges faced by data-driven organizations and sought a solution that would transform the way businesses operated.

It was during this voyage that the vision for Amiigo crystallized. Tamir and Gil recognized the need for a technology that would remove internal processes and enable organizations to adopt a customer-centric approach. They imagined a world where interactions between potential customers and representatives seeking assistance would be seamlessly collected and analyzed, eliminating the administrative overload that burdened teams. They envisioned a solution that would clear the path, allowing only the information crucial to customer success to flow effortlessly to the reps, their managers, and the leadership.
